 Welcome to the world of modular homes! Not to be confused with mobile homes (HUD code), modular homes are built in a factory setting in accordance with the International Residential Code (IRC) and adhere to strict State of Texas regulations. Because of this, a modular home is very much like a “stick built” home, perhaps even better in some cases. (Framing, insulation, etc. actually exceed what some home builders in this area of Texas are doing). We specialize in semicustom floor plans with a wide array of square footage. Once building is completed at the factory, modular sections are transported on lowboy trailers to the residential building site where they are crane set onto a foundation (crawlspace or basement). The house is then finished and ready for occupancy. A model home is in the process of being finished in Seminole and will be ready for potential home buyers to view soon.
